"I’ve purchased homes in the past but my recent purchase was the most difficult. This time I needed to find the right home for my young son and I. I was facing many new purchase considerations including where he would go to school.
I choose Dana as my realtor because I was confident he could find the right home for us. With Dana I felt I had a great friend helping me through the process. He was able to not only tell me what schools my son would attend based on the houses I was considering, but what the schools were like. That was very important to me.
Throughout the process Dana was very understanding even when I seemed to change my mind on an hourly basis. I was considering homes in a wide range of neighborhoods and prices, nothing about my search was consistent. Dana took the time to discuss all of my needs and wants and showed me a variety of houses.
Dana helped me choose a house that would make the perfect home for us. The home meets our current and future needs and was a sound purchasing decision. No matter what my circumstances are when I purchase my next home I have no doubt that Dana will provide an exceptional experience. I am already looking forward to working with Dana again.

Heather Kavran recently joined DialDana.com at Metro Realtor, P.C. as a licensed real estate agent. Since graduating from the University of Redlands, she has worked primarily as an educator, but has eagerly launched her career in real estate. She is a member of the Montana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Billings Association of Realtors and Billings Multiple Listing Service. Heather's knowledge of the greater Billings, Montana area allows her to specialize in residential sales- including established homes, as well as, new construction.

Dana Wagenhals is a lifetime resident of Montana. Dana joined Metro Realtors in June of 2006. He has over 30 years in Sales & Marketing along with extensive experience in managing leases, purchasing and selling of residential and commercial property. Dana is a member of the Montana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Billings Association of Realtors and Billings Multiple Listing Service.
